Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Architect to join its team as a Specification & Business Development Executive, driving business development and product specification opportunities within the construction and architectural industry. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, project owners and other key industry stakeholders, while promoting KEIM Mineral Coating Systems and identifying opportunities for product specification and project adoption.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers and project owners.

Promote and create awareness of KEIM Mineral Coating Systems and their applications.

Identify and pursue project opportunities from design and specification through to execution.

Drive product specifications and ensure KEIM systems are considered in relevant projects.

Conduct presentations, technical product discussions and client engagements.

Monitor market trends, construction projects and competitor activities.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects and business opportunities.

Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to support project conversion.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.

Proven experience in business development, specification, sales or client-facing roles within the construction/building materials industry.

Strong understanding of architectural specifications and construction processes.

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to engage confidently with architects, consultants, developers and project owners.

Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
