Technology & Business Systems Administrator (ERP / Web Applications)

Cizonet Solutions Limited is recruiting a Technology & Business Systems Administrator for a client in Lagos.

Location: Lagos

Engagement: 3 months, renewable based on performance

Salary: Negotiable

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead the implementation, stabilization, governance and handover of the client's ERP and web application, while establishing a technology governance framework and product roadmap. 

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance the existing web application.
• Assess the existing ERP and identify technology gaps.
• Develop implementation plans, governance structures and technology KPIs.
• Coordinate ERP implementation, configuration and testing.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve implementation gaps.
• Develop SOPs, documentation standards and governance frameworks.
• Manage developers and technology projects.
• Train internal users and administrators.
• Prepare user and technical manuals.
• Support go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer.
• Deliver project reports and final executive presentation. 

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in technology and business systems administration.
• Experience with ERP implementation and configuration.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage developers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of technology governance, documentation and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
